1. We need a Teacher Handbook for 2010 - 2011.
2. Names for Oakland High Buildings (process to include alumni, parents, staff, students, and community).
3. Aeries Discipline Tab visible for teachers (in compliance with the Ed Code).
4. Very few OR No students in the hallways during class time.
5. Students will have the option to take 7 periods a day (as in previous years).
6. Hire another math teacher to ensure that every student has a math class.
7. Class size cap of 32 students. (Some classes have 33 - 43 students).
8. Clearer school wide discipline policies.
9. Follow up and escalation of referrals and tardies.
10. Resolution of school wide safety concerns (please see grievances in the staff lounge). Please see this letter.
11. Separate World Language classes so that native speakers are in a different class from non-native speakers.
12. Bring back the music program that was cut last year!
